I bought this MediMassager MMF06 Variable Speed Foot Massager because my chiropractor has one in his office and he made me use it 5-10 minutes everytime time I used to go (2-3 times per week). My co-pay is $30, so buying this makes sense. It's incredible on my feet and really helps with my Plantar. I've read it's not going to help everyone the same, but it's great for me. It is heavy and doesn’t migrate around the hardwood floor.

MediMassager MMF06 Variable Speed Foot Massager consists of an angled rubberized plate surfaced with slight nubs that is vibrated in an apparent short circular motion at varying speeds, of which you have 11. Weirdly, relaxing with my feet on the plate, I experience the sensation that my feet are migrating around the plate, but when I look, they haven't moved at all. Phantom foot movement? Some bizarre nerve stimulation? It’s definitely there but it isn’t a problem.

I purchased MediMassager MMF06 about 3 months ago and it has been the best investment in my health. I use it a few times a day and it has helped with the numbness from my neuropathy. I suffer from Plantar fasciitis and have tried everything to get some relief. I switched to very supportive shoes and this has helped but not eliminated the pain.

Finally, I decided to try this MediMassager MMF06 Variable Speed Foot Massager. I have to admit, the first time I tried it, I was not impressed. It seemed like it was just vibrating my feet. I did not see how this would help me. However, I tried it for 15 minutes for a couple of days to give it a fair chance before I shelled out even more money to send it back.

By day 3, I magically had "happy feet". My daily walks were a breeze. I had no pain. The days I was standing all day, no pain. I don't know how this massager works. I just know it works. I use it for just 15 minutes a day.
