Massage King Mk9199 Plus Newest has 3 intensity levels and I use the highest level every time. You can really adjust it well, to suit your size and needs. My legs and feet felt so much better after the first use!! This is part of my daily routine now, and what a difference it is making! The foot massage option at the highest level maybe too painful for some people but that is the way I like it.
